Contest prep week 4/ mini workout

Here's what I did today:

Turkish Get up- 20 kg x 3/3 (took about 6 minutes)

Chest supported row- 3 sets of 5 reps

Lat pulldown- 4 sets of 5 reps

Pec dec rear delt- 3 sets of 15

DB lateral raise- 3 sets of 12-15
