Contest prep week 2/ workout #2

Mini workout today. here's what I did:

TGU- 20 kg x 3/3

Chest supported row- 4 sets of 5 reps

Lat pulldown- 3 sets of 10 reps

Cable pullover- 3 sets of 10 reps

Band pullaparts- 3 sets of 12-20 reps

DB lateral raise- 3 sets of 10-12 reps
